All personal information collected and used from the land property Trader website will be processed in accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act
The vendor is informed that unless specifically asked not too, the vendor’s town, telephone number, fax number, mobile No. and e-mail address will be published in the advert for their property. An anonymous e-mail system is available on request.
All credit card information will remain confidential. Land Property trader do not maintain / hold any clients bank details.
Security; In accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act - we have taken measures to ensure that information supplied to us is held securely. As a consequence - we may occasionally request proof of identity before allowing access to your personal information.
By submitting an advertisement to the land Property Trader web site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions laid out here described. These terms and conditions and the contract of which form part shall be governed by English law. All references to "the vendor or seller" refers to the user applying to place an advertisement for land or Property on the www.landpropertytrader.com website. All references to "the website" refer to the www.landpropertytrader.com internet site. All references to "land property trader" refers to the company providing the advertising service on behalf of the vendor
The website www.landpropertytrader.com offers the facility to vendors to compose and place an advertisement for land and property sales on the internet. Advertisements placed the website www.landpropertytrader.com are based on information supplied by the vendor. Land Property Trader does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the information, and recommends that the buyer verifies all information given in the advertisement and during the viewing and sale / purchase process.
Duration of placement
Vendors are offered the option of placing an advertisement for a period of one, two or three calendar months from the date of first publication on www.landpropertytrader.com website.
Cancellation: Once an order is placed, the advertisement can not be cancelled after 24hours. The advert will run for the full period of the term period.
Sold Your Property: If you sell your property please inform us by calling 01536 418800 or e-mail us on Sold@landpropertytrader.com. In order for you not to receive any more viewers, we will remove your contact details form the advert and show the property as "sold"

Other than promotion pricing, the normal cost of advertising is
One month £48.00 UK Sterling
Two Months £90.00 UK Sterling
Three Months £120.00 UK Sterling
Payment can also be accepted in US $ dollar, and or European € Euro. The payment will be exchanged into £ UK Sterling at the standard bank exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The bank may issue a currency exchange charge for this transaction.
The key parameter to accepting your advert is as follows:-
Only one Property may be featured in each advertisement.
- The advert details you supply must be of legal meaning, be of decent Oxford Dictionary wording, be honest and truthful and must comply with the British code of Advertising.
- Land Property Trader may amend the advertisement to ensure compliance with these requirements.
- Land Property Trader is not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements (including the authenticity of photographs) submitted by a vendor for the advertisement. Accordingly, the Vendor shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by Land Property Trader caused by an untrue statement or inaccurate photograph supplied by the customer.
- In order to meet the technical and production requirements of the website, Land Property Trader reserves the right to edit, amend or alter the wording of an advert or photograph supplied by the Vendor. Where possible – Land Property Trader will contact the vendor to inform them of these changes prior to publication.
- In the event that Land Property Trader is unable to accept an advertisement for any reason, Land Property Trader will attempt to inform the customer of this if at all possible. In the event that we reject the advertisement, no charge will be incurred by the Vendor.
- No contract will be deemed to exist between the Vendor and Land Property Trader until the advertisement has been accepted for publication on thewww.landpropertytrader.com website. This is normally 24hours post application, and 24hours before going live on site.
Copyright:
The copyright in all adverts (including text and photographs) shall be owned by Land Property Trader. It is agreed that the Vendor hereby assigns / transfers all such copyright / ownership / and rights of text and photographs etc to Land Property Trader. All uploaded photos will be watermarked for security/copyright reasons before they appear on the www.landpropertytrader.com website.

Fulfillment timing
Advertisements supplied on-line to Land Property Trader between 09:00 Monday until 16:00 on Friday will be processed in 48 hours and published on the site the following working day. This does not apply to Bank Holidays or any other public holiday. Advertisements submitted between 16:00 on Friday until 09:00 on Monday will be processed and published on the site on the Second working day following the submission of the advertisement.
How to cancel an advert
A full refund can only be obtained if the advert has not gone past the 24hour period since placing the advert on the Land Property Trader www.landpropertytrader.com website. Adverts are processed on working days only Monday to Friday within a maximum of 24 hours including weekends and bank holidays. After the 24 hour point the vendor will not be eligible for any refund.
If the vendor wishes to cancel the advert to avoid receiving an unwanted response (subject to publication deadline). They can sign into their account and edit the advert. Alternatively the advertisements can be adjusted at the next work day working shift by calling un on 01536 418800 or e-mailing S old@landpropertytrader.com, we will remove your contact details from the advert and show the property as "sold"
How and when your order will be confirmed
As soon as an advertisement has been accepted for release onto the www.landpropertytrader.com website, a confirmation automatic email will be sent to the advertiser explaining that the advertisement has gone live on the site.
In the event that an advertisement has been land Property Trader will send an email to the Vendor explaining their advertisement has been rejected.
Liability
Land Property Trader from time to time will need to carry out routine maintenance on the www.landpropertytrader.com website, servers and equipment. While doing this Land Property Trader may need to take down the www.landpropertytrader.com website. This down time will be kept to a minimum; however, under such circumstances Land Property Trader does not guarantee that the advertisement will be continuously available on-line for the duration of the advert. The Vendor cannot client for refunds for this matter.
